Intro

Milot Mirdita is a postdoctoral researcher at Seoul National University, where he work with Martin Steinegger. His expertise includes bioinformatics, metagenomics, protein structure prediction and machine learning. He is the developer and maintainer of many open-source tools like ColabFold, MMseqs2 and Foldseek. Milot hold a PhD from the University of Göttingen and the MPI-NAT, where he previously worked with Johannes Söding.
